Who We Are

Eve Fischer, MAEd, is a partner, developer and cofounder of PULSE Manifestation and PULSE Education, LLC. The information that is the basis of the PULSE technique and philosophy was channeled through Eve and, as a channel, she receives information for PULSE on a regular basis. Eve is also an artist, art teacher, mother and spiritual seeker who has for many years been interested in the relationship between metaphysics and quantum physics. She is grateful for her role and honored to bring this amazing technique and philosophy to you.


Janet Catalina, MSW is a partner, developer and cofounder of PULSE Manifestation and PULSE Education, LLC.  Janet is a life coach, therapist and workshop leader who has been in the field over 25 years. She coaches locally and nationwide and is the author of the article, “The Gift of Coaching,” which was featured in New Life Magazine in March of 2002.  For Janet, PULSE represents the culmination of her metaphysical exploration and lifelong work to help others break past blockages and move consciously into the realm of unlimited possibilities.
